Foreign Investment Review in Germany – What to expect in 2022

The review of foreign investments has evolved significantly in Germany in recent years. Four major modifications of relevant laws and regulations in recent years have resulted in significantly more reporting requirements, overseen by a much more active regulator. The aim of this webinar is to explain to foreign investors and German suppliers what legal and practical hurdles and challenges they may face when investing in Germany.
