The revised ICC Arbitration Rules 2026 entered into force on 1 June 2026, reflecting the ICC International Court of Arbitration’s commitment to ensuring a legitimate, transparent and efficient arbitral process that meets the needs of today’s global business community.

The official German launch event will bring together leading representatives from the ICC International Court of Arbitration, renowned arbitration practitioners, and corporate users. The event will explore how the new Rules will shape the future of international dispute resolution – from enhanced efficiency and procedural flexibility to evolving expectations of tribunals, counsel and parties.

Participants will gain first-hand insights into the changes, discuss early experiences following the implementation of the Rules, and exchange views on their implications for arbitration practice in Germany and beyond.
