The updated ICC Arbitration Rules entered into force on 1 June 2026, reflecting the continuing commitment of the ICC International Court of Arbitration to safeguard the legitimacy, transparency and efficiency of the arbitral process.
This event marks the official launch of the new Rules in Germany. Join leading experts from the ICC, law firms and businesses to explore the key changes, discuss their practical implications, and share first experiences and insights from applying the revised Rules.
