The Incoterms® rules define important responsibilities of buyers and sellers for the delivery of goods under sales contracts. Incoterms® 2020 contains the ICC rules for use of the 11 Incoterms® trade terms. It takes into account the latest developments in commercial practice, and updates the rules to make them more accessible and easier to use.
The new rules entered into force on 1 January 2020. As of this date, all sales contracts should make reference to the Incoterms® 2020 rules as the latest version of the Incoterms rules.

Las reglas Incoterms® definen importantes responsabilidades de las empresas compradoras y vendedoras relativas a la entrega de la mercancía en virtud del contrato de compraventa. Son las reglas autoritativas para determinar cómo se asignan los costos y los riesgos entre las partes. Las reglas Incoterms® se incorporan habitualmente en los contratos de compraventa de mercancía a escala mundial y forman parte del lenguaje cotidiano del comercio.
Incoterms® 2020 contiene las reglas de ICC para el uso de los once términos comerciales Incoterms®. Tiene en cuenta los últimos avances en la práctica comercial y actualiza las reglas para hacerlas más accesibles y fáciles de utilizar. Todos los contratos de compraventa deberían hacer referencia a las reglas Incoterms® 2020 como última versión de dichas reglas.

Wie setzen sich die Preise bei Auslandslieferungen zusammen?
Für Produkte, die auf https://www.iccgermany.de/shop/ angeboten werden und an Bestimmungsorte innerhalb der Europäischen Union (EU) und Nordirland versandt werden, muss bei Verkäufen an Privatpersonen nach den innerhalb der EU geltenden Gesetzen und den innerhalb der einzelnen Mitgliedsstaaten (Bestimmungsland) variierenden Steuersätzen Umsatzsteuer berechnet werden. Buch, ebook, …) sowie dem Zielort, an den das Produkt versandt werden soll (Bestimmungsland).

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Endpreis von der tatsächlichen Umsatzsteuer abhängig ist, die für Ihre Bestellung anfällt.
